EcoTime brings a thoughtful, hands on approach to short term rental property management for holidaymakers, business travellers and property owners.

Our name reflects our belief that time, comfort and care for the places we live and stay in all matter.  While sustainability is an evolving journey within the accommodation industry, we remain committed to making considered choices wherever practical, balancing guest comfort, property performance and our responsible operation.

Our  “Green Mindset”  guides how we manage properties day to day, from encouraging efficient practices and mindful usage to working with suppliers and service providers who align quality, reliability and responsible standards.  Rather than making blanket claims, we focus on practical actions that support longevity, efficiency and reduce waste where possible.

When Functionality meets Flair

What do you get when you mix a home-grown Australian girl with a man who adopted this amazing land over 10 years ago from South Africa?

Tony

Tony, originally from South Africa brings a strong foundation in accountancy, which he applies diligently in his business dealings.  His financial acumen ensures that every decision is made with care and consideration.  

But Tony isn’t just about the numbers, he also has a creative flair.  After moving to Australia, he explored interior staging for homes on the Gold Coast, for which he owned and operated the business for over ten years.  To complement his diverse skill set, he holds a National Real Estate Association certificate, rounding out his expertise in the property management industry.

Jane

Jane, born and raised in Australia, has a deep love for everything Aussie, especially the environment, sustainable living and anything associated with Interior Design.

With more than 15 years of experience as an designer in the building industry, working in Melbourne and throughout Queensland, she’s worked on a wide range of interior design projects, from cozy residential homes to large-scale commercial fit-outs.  

Jane takes great joy in bringing her creative touch to every space she works on, but she’s also first to appreciate when something is just right and doesn’t need a single change.
